From Ann: Love the entire experience. Always a must for our guests to experience! You can almost touch the Parroquia. Everything is good on the menu.

From Julie: Love all the healthy bowls, the Selva Negra sandwich is a favorite as well as their stuffed fried green olives.

From Katharine: Their brisket and macaroni and cheese are divine.

From Ann: This gives you an old world experience. Blue Bar is a must!

From Ann: This is a great breakfast spot.

From Ann: My favorite window view for fun people watching and delicious foods. Then you can go to the bakery and take some fresh bread and dessert home.

From Julie: This restaurant has the locals coming to the Ancha area more than ever and has really elevated the restaurant scene in the area.

From Ann and Katharine: The Jicama tacos are a must! This is a fun young local hang out.

From Julie: While many tourists flock Quince (next door) you will find the locals enjoying lunch or dinner at La Posidita. The Pozole verde is the best in town.

From Ann: Sophisticated atmosphere for lovely evening of dining! Family-style servings create a comfortable setting. They also have a great mixologist for that before dinner cocktail.

From Ann: An afternoon in the country under the trees. You can go to Atotonilco to experience the history of the church and weekend artisan markets.

From Katharine: Their healthy Acai bowls are fantastic, and they can accommodate Vegan palates. Outdoor back patio with lovely atmosphere.

From Ann: Their cobb salad and sliders are the best in town.

From Julie: Wonderful coffee always served with a little cookie. The menu is small but you can always find something you like. Cutest seasonal decor

From Julie: The oldest Vineyard in the San Miguel area, many locals host private events at this venue. Also perfect for a late afternoon lunch.

From Ann: We often ride horses there to have a lovely lunch in the country with beautiful views.

From Julie: Hands down the best homemade pasta in town. The pizza is also delicious. The grilled Caesar salad is also a must try!

From Ann: I love going for breakfast and watching the town awaken on the Jardin.

From Katharine: The best desserts in town - fantastic breakfast with a French flair.

From Ann: I always get their Kung Pao. It's been my favorite for 28 years! Make sure you add chilis to it!

From Julie: Best pizza in town, made with sour dough. The atmosphere feels like you are in Italy. Recommend making a reservation

From Katharine: When you want Italian and don't want to come to Centro - this is your place - open kitchen, bring your dog and enjoy pasta and pizza. The chef Davide is a the owner/chef. True Italian!

From Julie: El vergel is where the locals go on busy tourist weekends for a quiet afternoon outside of town. They also have a little grocery store that carries some fresh produce.

From Julie: This is a hidden gem, popular with the locals. The chef is from Acapulco and prepares each dish herself to perfection. Presentation is beautiful

From Ann: Delicious Peruvian food….in San Miguel.
